Shipping Policy
When you check out, you will have the opportunity to change your shipping method to an expedited method such as Next Day Air. Please be aware that this does not necessarily mean that you will receive your package the day after you place your order.
Most orders Atlanta Computer Warehouse.Com orders will be processed and shipped on the same or next business day, depending on the time you order, the number of orders ahead of yours in the queue, and item availibility. Some items such as complete computer systems, barebones, motherboard combos, and external hard drive kits require professional assembly and testing which may take several business days before shipping. If you are in a mission-critical situation, please phone our sales staff at 404-767-4650 for rush processing options.
Also, note that UPS or DHL do not deliver on weekends and certain holidays, nor include the pickup date as a day in transit. Shipping methods like Second Day Air refer to business days (Monday through Friday), and do not count weekends or holidays as days in transit.
If your package is damaged or lost, contact us immediately so we can get a replacement sent to you.
Order changes and cancellations
Most orders ship same or next business day, so we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled before it goes to our warehouse for processing. We cannot add items to orders that have been finalized. If you wish to add an item to an order, simply place a new order through the website and request in the Comments field that we ship with your previous order.
